Cathy completed an Associate Degree in Law in 2004 and also obtained her Conveyancer’s Licence in 2004. She has over 25 years experience in property law, working in Sydney and regional areas of New South Wales.

Cathy has excellent attention to detail and a positive “can do” attitude to all conveyancing matters. She has has built up a practice in Newcastle over the last 15 years with most of her work now being repeat clients and referral business from existing clients. Cathy can act in all Conveyancing matters including:

• Buying &selling commercial property

• Subdivisions & off the plan sales

• Business sales & purchases

• Retail & commercial leasing

• Mortgages & refinancing

• Super fund purchases & transfers
